We, E1 Vasant Kunj Resident Welfare Association, are an agency duly registered with Delhi Development Authority (DDA) and responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the DDA Flats, Sector E-1, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi-110070 Society. Situated nearest to the Delhi-Jaipur National Highway (NH-48) and the IGI International Airport, New Delhi, our society boasts a multi-storied apartment complex comprising 1214 flats. These flats offer a diverse selection of layouts, with two types of towers: G+3 towers without lifts, accommodating up to four flats per floor, and G+7 towers with lifts, accommodating up to five flats per floor.
